Parking
We encourage three parking options for our studio. The Hancock Parking Structure which is located on Hancock Ave directly off Santa Monica Blvd is free for the first 60 minutes and conveniently located a block from the studio. Additionally, metered parking is available along Santa Monica Blvd for $1.50 every hour. We also have Valet Parking available in the lot directly behind our studio which is on Westbourne Dr directly off Santa Monica Blvd.

CHAOS!! Burpees are an awesome full body exercise to improve your endurance & cardio but they can be tough on your low back if your hamstrings aren't super flexible. Today's trainer tip will help you save your back by teaching you an easy adjustment to your burpee form. \n1. The first video shows a burpee with poor form and a rounded lower back. The feet are close together and the movement to the floor is initiated from the lower back. Notice the rounded back on the way down and on the way up.\n\n2. The second video shows an easy way to save your low back, bring the feet wider (about shoulder width) and descend into the burpee with a hip hinge, bend the knees as much as needed to get hands to the floor and try to keep a perfectly neutral spine.\n\n3.
