Back to back exercises in the same movement pattern will give you strength that doesn’t quit!
Practice each movement in isolation then put them all together during the Barbell complex! By combining multiple barbell lifts (back to back to back) we’ll build strength and burn fat at the same time!
The “sticking point” is the toughest part of the lift where your body feels like it is going to get stuck in the exercise (ex. Bottom of the Squat or bottom of the Pullup) Today we’ll find new strength by working through the sticking points of each exercise.
